The Greater Trondheim Region's Global Talent Ambassador Program is designed to help expats and newcomers explore and flourish in Trondheim.
The Greater Trondheim Region and Mid-Norway Chamber of Commerce and Industry runs the global talent ambassador program. Over 20 non-local talents are, and will be, named “Trondheim Talent Ambassadors” to promote the region internationally.
We are excited to collaborate with these talents to enhance the area's appeal and celebrate their contributions.

Why an ambassador program?
The WorkinTrondheim Ambassador Program fosters a win-win partnership. Global talents enjoy perks like personal branding, skill development, access to decision makers, and fun activities, while the region taps into their insights to attract more international interest. Using expats' stories and voices, we also enhance our peer-to-peer communication efforts.
Applications are still open for non-locals who have lived, studied, or worked in Trondheim for at least one year.
